Most of my finds are stashed in the basements of former manufacturers and designers.
Some have a maze of boxes, piled high. I have found:
glass beads, crystal beads, plastic beads, metal beads, rhinestones, flat backs, chain, sequins, rivoli’s, cabochons, ornaments, There is stuff I didn’t know I needed or wanted last time but have figured out a new way to use them, and it’s all old and vintage.
Enamel blanks from the 60s and 70s can be plated and sold as ready made brooches, earrings and pendants. Alternatively they can be used as the backs or bases of embellished polymer clay.
I have found rhinestones, seed beads, cameos, beads, stones, findings, filigree, wood, plastic beads (Lucite/Bakelite), cabs, chain, Swarovski, etc.
See you at the vintage show this weekend.
