The beauty of vintage jewellery touches almost everyone. Some may have inherited, others may have
bought or others may have made some antique jewellery.
Handcrafting your own jewellery has endless possibilities. You will never know what you will find from a chain in an op shop to a vintage glass choker at market or some components eg stones or filigrees from a bead store. Using a polymer base is a great way to build up a beautiful mosaic using such found pieces, your leftover chain & broken beads.
Learn to create such pieces with Raphael Mhashilkar in a weekend master class which is suitable for beginners. (as seen in SMH Style Nov 2010)
Inspired by the opulent artistry of Faberge (a jewellery designer in the early 20th century for the Russian Imperial Family) our embellished scarab ring is just one of the beautiful pieces you can make in our vintage master class workshop.
